
Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for an effective salesperson with a blend of traditional sales acumen, technical understanding, and a deep appreciation for client needs in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

- Core Sales Skills & Experience
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently. Quantifiable achievements (e.g., percentage over quota, revenue generated, number of new accounts).
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Strong ability to identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities from various sources (cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling).
- Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Expertise in understanding client pain points, current challenges, and future goals, then effectively articulating how IT solutions can address these needs. Ability to move beyond product features to sell the value and benefits.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. Ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proficient in navigating sales cycles, handling objections, and effectively closing deals while maintaining a win-win approach.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software for managing pipelines, tracking interactions, and reporting.
- IT Industry Knowledge & Technical Aptitude
- Understanding of IT Solutions: Familiarity with core IT concepts, software development lifecycles, cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cybersecurity, data analytics, infrastructure, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to Learn Complex Concepts Quickly: A genuine interest in technology and the capacity to grasp new technical solutions, trends, and product functionalities swiftly.
- Industry Trends Awareness: Stays updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the IT sector.
- Translating Technical to Business Value: Crucial ability to explain how technical features translate into tangible business benefits, ROI, and competitive advantages for the client.
